Community Support Services
Community Support Services (CSS) is designed to treat, assist, and support adults with serious and persistent mental illnesses. Under the direction of a psychiatrist, a team of professional and support staff works with individual clients to determine their specific needs. Our goal is to provide the level of support needed to give clients the skills necessary to maximize their quality of life.

Community Counseling Center
Residents in Clinton County have access to behavioral health services through the Community Counseling Center in Frankfort. In addition to providing outpatient services such as individual, group, and family therapy, the center also provides a continuum of services to persons with severe and persistent mental illness. Therapy services are also provided in the Frankfort and Clinton Prairie School Corporations. For services not available in Frankfort, such as inpatient, the center acts as a gateway. After Hours Emergency Services
After-hours emergency services are also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 765-453-8555 or 1-888-204-6242.
Under supervision of a psychiatrist, a team of professionals is on call to provide crisis evaluation. This team will also arrange to get clients the help they need on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
